When am I charged?
When you book we only hold the amount on your card. It’s charged when the owner accepts — immediately with instant book.
What if something breaks?
That’s what the deposit is for: it’s held on your card, not charged. If something is damaged, the handover and return photos serve as evidence and our team mediates to decide how much of the deposit is used.
How much does listing cost?
Listing is free. We only take a 15% fee on each rental, deducted from the owner’s payout. Renters pay no fee.
